The Board of Belmont Fresh Water Supply District No. 1 of Denton County is considering purchasing and installing a storm siren to alert Harvest residents of tornadoes and other extreme weather conditions. The cost would be approximately $200,000 for the initial installation. This would be funded out of property tax dollars.
