  • Training Compliance: The Board reviewed the current status of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence training requirements.

  • Consent Agenda: The Board reviewed and acted upon consent items including the June 8 meeting minutes, tax collection reports, and patrol activity reports from the Town of Northlake and All-American Dogs, Inc.

Financial and Compliance Matters

The Board examined fiscal and regulatory compliance items to ensure continued operational stability:

  • Financial Reports: The Board reviewed the Bookkeeper’s Report and considered the payment of outstanding bills.

  • Post-Issuance Compliance: The Board considered and acted upon an Order Adopting Procedures for Post-Issuance Compliance and conducted an annual review of procedures for continuing disclosure.

  • SEC Reporting: The Board reviewed the Annual Report, which is currently being prepared, and authorized its filing in accordance with the District's Continuing Disclosure Agreements subject to review by the District’s financial advisor.

  • Ongoing construction projects and the preparation of plans for Phase 17 construction, channel repairs, and detention pond maintenance.
