Consent Agenda: The Board reviewed and approved items included in the consent agenda. This included the tax collection report, police and animal control reports, and minutes of the February 2026 Board meeting.
Bookkeepers Report: The District bookkeeper reviewed the Bookkeeper’s Report with the Board, who approved the report.
Communications Report: The Board received updates on the District’s website, subscriber numbers for alerts and Facebook, and active/closed “Report a Problem” tickets. The Board was also informed of multiple Harvest Market events happening over the year and encouraged to sign up to attend these events.
Construction and Engineering Updates: The Board reviewed updates provided by the District engineer on various district construction and maintenance projects including streetlight replacements, the Prairie View Channel upgrades, and channel repairs in Phase 15.
